This is Bas Rutten's MMA Workout. It is the single best workout I've ever done. Great for strength, cardio, and getting ripped in your shoulders, arms, and abs. Even if you aren't interested in MMA (mixed martial arts, UFC, Pride, etc.) this is still a great workout as there are no advanced techniques required. Read some of the reviews and you will believe.
