WhoGoesThere is a utility to play a sound when there is a file or directory change in a designated directory. Useful for those that want to audibly detect say a video camera image upload or say an email is stored in a directory. Not really a ConspiracyHub type share but I wanted to share this to the public.

I wrote the program a year or so ago in x86 assembly language for a friend who used it in a shop camera situation. Customers would trigger the camera to produce a photo over a network, which then set off WhoGoesThere to play a sound, telling the shop attendant out the back, to serve the customer in the front of the store.

Other programs on the internet that perform the same task had unreasonable costs, were bulky and unstable. WhoGoesThere was an easy code session, and I offer it free to people as is. You must read the Readme.txt and agree with the terms of use. It's basic, small, and should work.
