You can send all to the tray and continue whatever you have done
before. Dont forget to make always an backup from your files, the
registry, or which changes ever you wanna apply before you let the
programs do the work for you. Then you can always play back the
backups to undo problematic changes. Lost=lost. Thats the reason.
