SIMULATION: A powerful inspection tool… 3D solid simulation of the workpiece and NC machine tool enable you to visualize the machining exactly as it occurs on the shop floor.
VERIFICATION: Correct tool path errors before machining… VERICUT detects fast feed errors, potential crashes/collisions, gouges, over/undercutting, etc.
ANALYSIS: Verify dimensional accuracy… VERICUT (i-n-c-l-u-d-e)s comprehensive analysis tools for measuring, cross-sectioning the part to make sure the machined will exactly match the design intent.
OPTIMIZATION: Run NC machine tools at the maximum efficiency level possible… VERICUT automatically determines the best feed rates for every portion of the tool path and adjusts them based on the cutting conditions.

• Hardware graphics accelerators can be used in a machine simulation view and for dynamic rotate/pan/zoom in a workpiece view. Due to the large amount of graphics memory required to display the cut stock, graphics memory of 128MB minimum is recommended, and 256MB is preferred.
• Physical Memory: 512 MB Minimum, 1GB recommended, 2 GB is preferred, especially when running VERICUT concurrent with another large program such as a CAD/CAM product. The Windows XP 64 bit operating system allows access to memory beyond the typical Windows 2GB application limit.

VERICUT on Windows XP64 requires installation of Windows C++ run-time libraries. An administrative user must do the installation. The run-time library installer is (i-n-c-l-u-d-e)d on the VERICUT CD and in the downloadable zip file of the VERICUT installation. The installer file name is vcredist_x64.exe. Double-click on the file to run the installer.
VERICUT 6.0 and 6.1 use different run-time libraries than VERICUT 6.1.x.
