This is a folder containing 2 small utilities written by xcrOSgS2wY on poweredgeforums.com for upgrading the Dell SC420 server. The Fancontrol folder contains the software for reducing the speed of the heatsink fan. The SoftGMA005 folder contains the software for enabling 3Dacceleration of the SC420's integrated Intel 915 video, if you DON'T use the stock ECC RAM.
It also contains the Intel 915 video driver (win2k_xp1413 915vid driverupdate.exe) that you need to use the accelerated video. You can also download that from Intel.

I hesitate to share someone else's software, but the user xcrOSgS2wYhas explicitly withdrawn from that forum, and these 2 pieces of software aren't available anywhere else.
My Symantec Antivirus says this directory is virus free. Enjoy!
