Impression takes full advantage of DWG blocks so you can quickly replace DWG block references with stylized blocks created in Impression.


CAD Update
Easily update your rendered image by importing your revised CAD geometry to your Impression image.


Share Your Work
Impression illustrations can be saved as DWF files, viewable with Autodesk® Design Review and the Autodesk® DWF™ Viewer. They can also be saved into several file formats popular in the desktop publishing world, including PSD, EPS, PDF, and a variety of popular image file formats such as PNG, JPG, and BMP.

Impression illustrations can be printed on all page sizes supported by standard plotters up to E-size sheets, with resolutions up to 300 dpi.

Use the Jump Start Tour to help you understand the basic concepts used in creating a rendered image in Impression, with easy-to-follow step-by-step exercises and informational videos. For a more in-depth introduction to the application, a Quick Start Guide is located in the Help drop-down menu.
