ArGoSoft Mail Server is full SMTP/POP3/Finger/IMAP server for all Windows platforms, which will let you turn your computer into the email system. Just removed ordb.org from the initial settings of DNSBL databases. It appears, recently they return positive reply all the time, causing all mail to bounce, if it is enabled;
