Demon Under Glass is a movie about a serial killer loose in Los Angeles, who brutalizes his young, female victims, then drains their blood, but leaves no forensic evidence. Due to the rising body count, a task force of FBI agents and LAPD officers is formed. It seems that the killer, nicknamed "Vlad," has little time left when a trap is set using a beautiful vice officer as bait.
Unknown to the LAPD, Vlad is no ordinary serial killer, but a force of incredible evil: a vampire. As the unknowing officer attempts to lure the killer, powerful forces are being marshaled against Vlad. They are the best-trained the military has to offer, with the best combination of paranormal knowledge and technology. But it nearly isn’t enough.
The vampire, Simon Molinar (Jason Carter, Babylon 5), is injured and finally captured, but not before killing many of his pursuers, including the doctor who set the whole plan into motion. The secret to life itself and humanity’s future may well be at stake, and study of the vampire could provide needed answers. Medical help is necessary, someone must repair the creature before he can be studied, so Dr. Joe McKay (Garett Maggert, The Sentinel) is reluctantly recruited into the top secret project known as Delphi.
Protocols are carefully followed, data is gathered and the experiments proceed. But McKay and the scientists have forgotten that a creature who has survived for a millennium can find weakness in any safeguards. Simon is patient and cunning, but can he survive the rigors of modern science? How far he can get these humans to fall in the name of science and how far will they go? Will they be his pawns or is he the pawn...exactly who is really the monster here?
