This is the main Nero app trimmed and compressed down to 15 MB and does not include StartSmart, CoverDesigner, Wave Editor, etc.

I've tested this burning CD/DVD and it works great!

Run NeroReg.reg to register Nero on the target PC. (if v6.6.1.4 is not already registered)

Run nero.exe

Run NeroUnReg.reg only if you want to remove all the Ahead registry entries from the target PC.

Note: If v6.6.1.4 is already registered on the PC you don't need to use the .reg file.
