"Helldorado" returns Blackie and the boys back to the early days when it was all about partying and gettin' dirty. There are no messages involved, no politics discussed about what makes this (with "K.F.D.") the most differing W.A.S.P. album in these last 20 years. But it's also just the opposite to the previous album "Kill Fuck Die" which was very dark and scary. "Helldorado" is cheerful and shameless. A total no brainer!
Standout tracks: "Helldorado" and "Damnation Angels".
Sidenote: The live album "Double Live Assassins" turned out a lot of fun. It showed the direction for "Helldorado". A party album that would sound like an early demo recording - raw and spirited.
