Willie's Chocolate Revolution
Wednesday, 8th April 2009
8pm to 9pm
Part 2 of 3
With Easter just around the corner, millions of Britons will be tucking into mountains of industrially produced chocolate that is high in sugar and fat, and contains little or no actual real chocolate. But chocolate enthusiast, the extravagantly named, Willie Harcourt-Cooze, is back with a new series to show everyone that when it comes to chocolate, we deserve better.
It's decision time for Willie. Is this project of his viable, and if it is does he really want to bring down all the stresses and strains of a new business on his fmily. Cue an appearance by his accountant who looks like an avuncular chap who you get the feeling has probably pulled Willie's arse out of the fire on more than one occasion. Plus much more screen time for Willie's harrassed wife, who knows all too well about what a high-wire act it is being with Willie and his chocolate passion.
The upshot is, is that everything goes on the line for new venture. There are some highs and some lows, some lucky breaks and one near catastrophe. But by the end of the show there is a product that tastes good. So the next question is will anyone buy it. After all he's trying to go from a bespoke cooking chocolate sold in Selfridges to taking on the might of Dairy Milk.

My apologies for the late appearance of this torrent. I encountered two problems with this. The first was a signal drop in the show. So I had to cobble this together from two sources. Prizes will be given for spotting the joins! Second problem was that I'd forgotten to pay my telephone bill and my ISP cut off my broadband for 18 hours until I stumped up the cash.
