Evan Williams travels to the Brazilian city of Recife to investigate claims of police involvement in the death squads which have murdered thousands of 'undesirables' each year, including hundreds of street children. After being confronted by the murder of an 18-year-old boy on the side of the street, Williams meets some of the city's estimated 4000 street children, and speaks to a social worker who claims that 360 street kids have been killed by police death squads in the last few years.
