Series which goes behind the sensational headlines to discover what it is really like to be underage and pregnant. Following a mix of schoolgirl mums and dads from varied backgrounds, the teens tell their own story of how their lives are transformed from pregnancy to birth and life with a baby. As well as sharing their hopes and fears, we see how the pregnancy affects the rest of their world, from relationships with partners, friends and family to the impact on their education, body image and social life.

Until seven months ago, 16-year-old Rebecca was focused on her dream to become a horse vet; she was due to start a college course that she hoped would be the first steps to her new career. But after splitting up with her boyfriend of six months, she discovered she was pregnant. With no support from the father of her baby, seven-months pregnant Rebecca is facing life as a single mum. She has already had to give up her much-loved horse riding and her ambitions to be a vet are uncertain as she puts back her college course for another year.
