A new series from Sky Sports of one-hour football chat shows presented by Jeff Stelling. The show offers the perfect antidote to the January blues, a series of considered, nostalgic discussions featuring true legends of the game.
Jeff will reminisce with guests, telling stories that have made football history and famous names from the past will talk about their clubs, characters they played alongside, the most memorable matches and their particular rivalries - experiences that illuminated their careers.
This week's show looks at the success of the Glasgow Rangers side that won 1972 European Cup Winners Cup Final. Despite indifferent domestic form and a difficult draw it was third time lucky for Rangers, who had lost two previous European Finals, when they beat Dynamo Moscow 3-2 in Barcelona to claim the trophy. Unfortunatly over exuberant fans cost the club a year ban from European football when fans invaded the pitch on several occasions. Guests on the show are John Greig, Derek Johnstone and Sandy Jardine.
