These sync up perfectly with the DVDRips already on the tracker. There are at least two ways to do this:

1) The easiest method is to put both files in the same directory and rename the MP3 to the same name as the AVI (i.e. inbet.101.dvdrip-rwd.mp3). Open the video in Media Player Classic. Then, in the menus, go to Play - Audio and select the second audio track.

2) Open the video in VirtualDubMod (you may get a warning about VBR, select No to not rewrite the header). In the Video menu, select Direct stream copy. Next, go to Streams - Stream list and Add the commentary file. If the video player of your choice can switch audio tracks (such as VLC), you can select OK to exit that dialog, then File - Save As... to save your file. If dual audio causes problems, click on the input AVI audio stream and select Disable so you'll be left with only the commentary audio.

Please note that this second method permanently alters the original files, so either keep copies or wait until you have finished seeding. :-)
