The Gun Warrior Game world:
The story line guides us through five different locations:
- Classic Wild West town - "Fall City"
- Running train (inside, and outside - on the roof of the train)
- Mexican city - San Lonito
- Great outdoor area - Red Canyon
- Little village - Wild Rock
Where you start your lethal journey: A strange gunman appeared,
apparently out of nowhere and murdered your beloved brother. Cole,
the game's hero, is compelled by duty and honor to seek his revenge
and avenge his brother's death. He starts his search in the near-by town, and asks for information about the strange killer. Almost immediately Cole is challenged to a duel by one of the killer's evil side-kicks. After winning this duel, Cole figures out that the gunman he just defeated belonged to a bandit posse led by "One Shot Henry", a famous Wild Wet gunman. Henry and his gang are still in Fall City and, they're comin ta get ya
The action has begun...
You're in a Wild West Hotel, surrounded by Henry's brutal henchmen.
They are firing on you from every direction so watch the windows
carefully and try to kill as many of the attackers as you possibly
can. Fight for your life as the remaining gang members invade the
hotel and do their very best to get to you and kill you.
Finally, the hotel floor is littered with the dead and dying. Henry,
however, has not shown himself - your adversary left behind some
more of those mysterious bullet casings again. After lying low for
a few days, Cole hears that the City of San Lonito in Mexico has
set a reward: "They need a new sheriff who can bring back order
to their town." It looks like the remainder of One Shot Henry's
gang are to blame for all the death and chaos in San Lonito. Cole
travel there by train...
Cole is unaware that he is on the same train as some very special
cargo that is being transported to San Lonito: A "double-dealing",
military officer Pat Brown and his rotten pack of soldiers will
attack the train, just your luck...
Playing as Cole, you will attempt to stop both a bandit posse and
Pat Brown's treacherous soldiers from boarding the train and
stealing the banks' gold. When most of the enemies are dead, Cole
finds Pat Brown trying to escape over the roof of the train. Cole,
of course, goes after him and fights him in another duel to the
death, set on the roof of a railway cart. Gusts of wind and the
shaking floor make this one of Cole's most dangerous duels.
After his arrival in San Lonito, Cole discovers that the enemy
terrorizing the city is not One Shot Henry's gang after all.
It's Don Olmedo's gang that has sowing terror throughout the
city for years. Cole is compelled to stay and help the poor
This is a very dangerous mission. Olmedo's people are everywhere.
They are occupying the best sniping positions covering all of San
Lonito's main street. Cole must find and eliminate their leader
without getting blown to bits.
Finally just after beating yet another strong enemy in the mission's
final duel, Cole finds a poster with none other than "One Shot"
Henry's butt-ugly face. He sees that Henry and his assassins are
organizing the "Gunfighters Tournament" in the town of Wild Rock.
The rules are quite simple: 17 gunfighters. $1000 registration fee.
The winner takes all! Cole decided to invest the $1000 he earned
through Don Olmedo's demise. It might be a good idea to buy a new
The gunfighter's tournament.
The GUNFIGHTER'S TOURNAMENT game mode can be started from the main
menu. Its rules and setting are inspired by some of the best classic
Western movies: Fight duels against 17 different gunfighters and
adapt your tactics to their style you will need to make important
decisions based on your enemy's speed, durability, shooting style
and favorite weapon. After each victory, you can spend the cash
prize on weapon upgrades or a new weapon. Also, you can bet on
the results of the other duels in the tournament bet on a low-ranking
competitor to make lots of money if he wins... The duels take place
at the stroke of the bell two competitors face each other. The duel
starts when the big bell in the town's church tower strikes the hour
shots ring out. Before the sound of the bell fades to silence, the
duel's loser is injured, dead, or dying, and his opponent takes the
prize... You need to render your enemy unable to fight in order to
win the duel.
Points / score:
The game contains an advanced in-game scoring system. The player
receives points for every opponent killed, but the number of points
depends both on the shooting distance and the defeated enemy's
skills. Additionally the Player can win bonus points by:
- Double Score Multiplier (if the Player killed at least 4 enemies
within three seconds)
- 100 points bonus (if the Player kills specific high-ranking enemies)
If you kill unarmed NPCs (civilians, townspeople), your score is reduced.
