My Weapon Is a Dog is an alarming documentary on the UK's sudden rise in the number of dangerous dogs on streets. The show is presented by Kiss FM's Rickie Haywood-Williams who does a good job of presenting the problem, interviewing various dog owners and breeders; and meeting the victims of dog attacks, namely Rukhsana Kahn whose mauling as a child ushered in the 1991 Dangerous Dogs Act. He tries to get to the bottom of why young men, and some young women, on our inner cities want to own large and fierce dogs, and what it means to them to have such a weapon at their side.
