Presenter George Lamb and Dr James Lambert are back for a second series, where with the help of CT scanners and some visual trickery, they advise people with excessive lifestyles where they are going wrong with their lives, and how to become healthier and avoid serious illness.

To launch the series they have a celebrity introduction with 22-yr-old glamour model and presenter Bianca Gascoigne coming under George's lush care.

Bianca's love of the red carpet lifestyle and as the stepdaughter of Paul Gascoigne is used to living life in the glare of publicity. However atching her stepdad Paul struggle with drink hasn't stopped Bianca starting down the same path herself. At the celebrity parties where free drink flows like water the young model confesses that often she'll have no idea how many times her glass has been topped up - 12 vodka mixes on top of several glasses of champagne is nothing unusual on a night out.

Insecure about her looks and lacking confidence in her ability to engage a crowd without booze, Bianca has become dependent on a mask of heavy make-up and a haze of alcohol to boost her confidence at celebrity events. But with the limelight comes the spotlight and paparazzi pictures of a drunk and disorderly Bianca make for great headlines. She'd love to sober up and be able to open the papers to a different set of headlines and photographs.

The programme follows Bianca as, shocked by the results of her living autopsy and encouraged by dedicated medic Doctor James, she grapples with her self-confidence issues.
