Introduced by Martin Kemp. The Japanese killer and serial rapist, Joji Obara's reign of terror ended when he was connected to Lucie Blackman's disappearance in July 2000. He was convicted of abducting, mutilating and abandoning the body of the British bar hostess Lucie Blackman in 2008 and sentenced to life in jail. How was he caught, and how did the authorities bungle the case? Included in the programme is an exclusive interview with Lucie's father Tim Blackman.
