The third meal in the culinary showdown on the Isle of Wight, and it's the turn of car salesman Steve Morris to try for the prize. Steve's certain his menu of Isle of White scallops and pannetone pudding will whisk him to victory. But his food may let him down if Steve doesn't realise he's missed a few crucial ingredients. And it's not just missing ingredients that Steve needs to worry about. Last night, he offended all his fellow diners and to make up for it, he demanded that tonight, he wants brutal honesty from his guests. Control freak Mandy Gale, who makes no apologies for having a superiority complex, isn't convinced Steve can take brutal honesty. But if that's what Steve's after, then she's happy to oblige.
