Today's programme follows the police as they track down serial car criminals who will go to any length to avoid being identified. The Stockport team raid the flat of a car thief who has been identified from DNA left at the scene of his crimes. Meanwhile in London, police use number plate recognition technology to crack down on the country's two million drivers who take to the road without insurance.
