Property developer Gary McCausland and former estate agent Jonny Benarr put the homeowners through their paces to help them achieve that elusive sale.

Mark Swift in Tunbridge Wells and the Wrens in Durham are tackling the property market alone and without a safety net. It's a tough sell at the moment so it's not going to be easy to axe the agent. Taking this into account, Mark attempts to attract attention to his property with the help of a very interesting costume, while Graham and Carolyn Wren speak to their target market at a local tea dance.
