This is Arkanoid Plus!, currently only out in Japan. Extra content included. Recent WiiWare/VC titles require IOS53, included as well. This is NTSC-J, patched it to region free. Haven\\\'t tested this release myself (yet).
Troubleshooting
This is a WAD file. If you do not know how to install wad files on your Wii: do an internet search.
If you are on System Menu 4.0 and get error -1022 and such, you updated your system the wrong way and need to repatch certain IOS.

Other than that I cannot help you because if you hack your Wii properly you should not run into any issues or errors at all. Period. You get these errors because you screwed up your Wii\\\'s IOS.
