Sonia and Issam break down some Arabic Rhythms and show you moves which can be performed to each rhythm. I found it quite a useful DVD considering my own teacher has not even touched on drum solo at all yet.

This is dance orientated, not specifically for a drummer, Issam only says the patterns out loud and demonstrates briefly.

This is an Rip to AVI for all those who can't burn DVDs or prefer the AVIs. CD is also included.

This is best veiwed in VLC player, using Windows Media played makes it appear blocked (i think its the copy protection causing it).

Encoded with Xvid and MP3 Layer 3, so those are the codes you need if the sound/vidoe is not displaying.

No covers included...simple fact is someone on Ebay has been selling my avi rips...and is even advertising my 16 bellydance albums torrent as a free DVD with the purchase...and i wont be making it any easier for her....

I use super-seed and will always complete my seeds.

I do not appreciate whining and complaining about seed speeds, you will get it when you get it, my connection is limited at certain times of the evening because my nasty ISP think I download too much...

I'm on a 1MB connection and upload at a max of 30-35kbs. Don't expect this overnight.

Keep seeding, I have other things to come but can't release if i have to come back and bail out a torrent because people hit and run.
