In 1945 after the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, an American and one Japanese battleship (submarine-style auger) clashed in the waters of the Pacific Ocean. From the Japanese ship called Atragon however, fled the deputy commander orders that behind her with him a valuable ally. Now today the satellite detectors have detected a huge black top hat that is melting the ice of the Pole. The United Nations sent a team of research to understand what's happening, but the technology they face, well beyond their knowledge because it can be understood and addressed. All the disastrous events that are happening are a clear declaration of war by interranei, a people living in the hollow of the earth and who now feels right to exterminate the population of the surface. The only hope for humanity lies in the Super Atragon, a new and mysterious ironclad warship that declares itself independent and not flying the flag of any country.

Nel 1945 dopo il bombardamento atomico di Hiroshima e Nagasaki una corazzata Americana ed una Giapponese (in stile sottomarino-trivella) si scontrarono nelle acque dell'oceano pacifico. Dalla nave Giapponese chiamata Atragon per0, fuggi il vice comandante che dietro ordini porto con se una preziosa alleata. Ora ai giorni nostri i rilevamenti satellitari hanno individuato un gigantesco cilindro nero che sta sciogliendo i ghiacci del Polo. Le Nazioni Unite inviano una squadra di ricerche per capire che sta succedendo, ma la tecnologia che hanno di fronte e ben superiore alle loro conoscenze perchè possa essere compresa ed affrontata. Tutti gli avvenimenti disastrosi che stanno avvenendo sono una chiarissima dichiarazione di guerra da parte degli interranei, un popolo che vive nella parte cava della terra e che ora si sente in diritto di sterminare la popolazione della superfice. L'unica speranza per l'umanita risiede nella Super Atragon, una nuova e misteriosa corazzata da guerra che si dichiara indipendente e non batte la bandiera di nessun paese.
