All credit to "Reloaded" Team. Only reseeding as there's no GRID torrent on Demonoid.com for my fellow gamers out there.
It's "The" Full Game. Virus Checked! Clean Norton, NOD32 (32-bit n 64bit), & Bit Defender Checked! Its just out after a clean format install of
XP64-bit and Antivirus (all three) scans of my PC.

Race Driver: GRID (known as GRID in North America) is the latest addition to the TOCA Touring Car series by Codemasters, published and developed by the same company. GRID uses Codemasters' Ego engine, an evolved version of the Neon engine already used in their previous release Colin McRae DIRT. The damage
code has been completely rewritten to allow for persistent damage environments.

It is primarily a re-seed of a working Reloaded copy unlike the other one which has 500+ seeders and doesn't work.
Moreover, this would be Demonoid's own working upload copy of the Full Game.

Notice: For those who can afford buying original copies, please buy software. It's the hard work of people just like you and me who make such great games/software.
