Torrent description

This is an adaptation, not an exact translation, of one of the
classic television shows from Japan's Golden Age of Anime
(c.1978-c.1987). Some of the dialogue has been changed in order
to make it more accessible to general American audiences.
Those desiring an exact translation should consult the earlier
analog fansub by Anna Exter and Aquarian Productions, or the
newer digital fansub by Exiled Destiny.

We are doing these in reverse order, starting with episode 26,
in deference to Exiled Destiny. Hopefully we'll meet each other
in the middle somewhere. We're also working from old laserdisc
prints, so ours are not as sharp as theirs. Hopefully they'll
do until Exiled Destiny can finish the rest of the series.

Our subtitles are "high" so they will be visible when viewed
on a regular video monitor or when played from a DVD.
