As promised, here is the unaired pilot. It has 53 min 21 sec (as opposed to the aired version, which runs 51 min 26 sec).
Most of the additional scenes are at the start, which contains the minutes on board the plane right before the crash, highlighting the tension onboard, and adding some interesting impressions about the characters.
The picture quality is a little bit lower than the rest of the episodes. However, that is to be expected, as this version was never meant to be aired, and was just re-surrected from the archives and added to the DVD release to give the fans some bonus material, which is most welcome.
