Dad’s years of hard living finally catch up with him, and he has a stroke and ends up in a coma. Vale and Valea are thrown into turmoil when their grandparents arrive from Samoa to take them back to the Islands.

Pepelo embarks on a journey of the soul, traveling through limbo where he is forced to revisit his sins and face the ghosts of his past. Meanwhile, someone turns off Dad’s life support system and Vale sets about desperately trying to solve the mystery of the attempted murder.

Will Pepelo survive this final episode? Or will the boys be forced to leave Morningside, and their friends forever?
