Daria, season 1, episode 2 : The Invitation.

Updated version of video from this torrent. There are only 2 episodes with annoying animated MTV logo and advertising of other shows at the top of the screen,
1x02 and 1x06. I could't find these episodes both in good quality and without logos. Maybe they even didn't exist.

So I tried to remove this logo with DeLogo plugin for VirtualDub. Result was disgusting: a big blured cloud. No surprise, the logo and ads are too big and they are opaque, so plugin can't know what exactly was there.

Then more comlicated method was used. Low quality 352x240 VHS-rip (but without logo) was upscaled, converted from 29,97 fps to 25 fps, synchronized to the good quality one, brightness and contrast were adjusted. Then the alpha-mask was done and these two video mixed up according to it. Here you see result:

Logo completely gone, but this corner became a little blurry. And overall quality is lower because decoding-processing-encoding stuff always have losses. Although, maybe I should compress it in YV12 color mode as all these videos, not RGB24.

And there is a question: do you want me to do the same with 1x06?
