MARY JANE is a real Berlin DJ with a very unique style on a high quality level. Electronic music for her has always been an affair of the heart, so she started spinning records in the beginning of 1997.

Try to describe her music.
It is a mix beetween deep techno, a bit detroit and a bit chicago, freaky sounds and a housy, hypnotic atmosphere, always sexy and really groovy and you`ll have fun.
I dont`like to say it`s minimal ;-)

As a DJ she rocks like hell and is therefore regularly present in most clubs in Berlin, i.e. Maria am Ufer, Sternradio, Bar 25, Arena Club. She additionally plays on various underground parties.

In the past she already played at Tresor (Globus), Watergate, Harry Klein Club (Munich) and several open-air festivals loveparade, hempparade or the neurocomic stage at fete de la musique/berlin, where she is going to play every year and this already since 1999. For sure she were really present at the underground scene of berlin.

Everyone who likes the freaky minimal style that is typical for electronic music in Berlin will love her own interpration of putting this music on the dancefloor.

Not confining herself to be a brilliant DJ she furthermore has successfully organized several high-quality in- and outdoor events, always with the focus on giving a party a special touch.

In December 2005, Mary Jane had her debut as a producer, adding a deep and funky minimal remix for Discopunk feat. Dj Aroma released on aromamusic (aromamusic 010 - Zen Bee EP, ByourSELF rmx)

Whether as dj, producer or party organizer, for Mary Jane there is no reason to make a pause, so you can be sure to hear much more of her in the next future
