The division of sounds plays out in terms of approach The FOURM piece appears to be involved in
searching out a language or code structure, the formal elements of a built space. While Graydons, with
its more ambient drift and reverb-ness, feels like its about the space itself, an evocation of a phenomenal
response to a volume of space.
Both pieces seem to be searching out a poetics of space or spaces, and how sound often voices that
poetics, something that is latent or immobilized in architectural materials, but vivified with the encounter
