Two turntables, a box of hard house records, one CDJ and two mixers.. no drum n bass?:S After
much more hash I decided I'd just use PCDJ, disable the monitor option, and use a handy mini
male-male to output to run the sound from my onboard shite sound card to a crappy 16 bit piece of
shit on my celeron 450!
Halfway thru the mix I run out of disk space. I had to sacrifice Munich and It's all gone Pete
Tong I should at leastpost the fuckin thing. You can actually hear me emptying the recycle bin in the mix.
(as well as some skips)
That means I had no EQ's and no way to monitor the track I was dropping, so it was pretty damn on
the fly. It means a few sketchy mixes at the start but overall not a bad mix. BO! Yay for my box
running goldwave too. IF YOU'VE EVER WONDERED WHAT A DJ HEARS IN HIS HEADPHONES, THIS IS IT..
I'd say maybe 35 or so tracks in 80 minutes. Really ravey vibe - oldey jungley hip hoppey vibe
plus trancecore some hip hopinstrumentals and a touch of happy hardcore some ragga and
whatever else happened to fit this mix. Also bundled is the trailer for a doc I produced when the WAR ON TERRA began The media sat on all this shit, but ITS GOLD. Love those brainwashed Americans.
Totally a labor of love.
