Put your hands in the air for Fama! Making the leap from indie act to mainstream popularity, Hong Kong Canto-rap duo Fama held their first large-scale concerts at Star Hall on August 2 and 3, 2008. Pitching their feel-good brand of homegrown hip-hop, Fama thrilled the audience with rapping, singing, humorous banter, and some semblance of dancing. Other than their own songs like "Music Tycoon", "Ten Years", and Feng Shan Shui Qi, the duo saluted their Canto-rap seniors with a medley of songs from LMF, Softhard Kids, and even Nat Chan. They also jammed with special guests Khalil Fong, Chet Lam, MC Jin, and feng shui master Mak Ling Ling.
