She travels to the far north of Scotland in search of the finest seafood for her series dedicated to fresh, healthy and easy-to-prepare Chinese food. Using locally sourced ingredients, Ching prepares gong bao haddock goujons served with roast sweet chilli potato - her own delicious version of fish and chips.
