Restored May 2005 from the 1979 LP on A&M SP-4773, which has never been reissued on CD, with the possible exception of in the Netherlands, although no internet listings are confirmed.

Artwork is included. It was created before I obtained and restored the bonus tracks, and there was no way to redesign the artwork to reflect it without redoing it in even smaller fonts, which would have been bad. So think of 10-12 as hidden bonus tracks for your CD!

Please do not sell this material or convert it to a lossy format and redistribute it.
