Albert King - Albert Live - 192 VBR - LP RIP - Utopia CYL2-2205
"I'm gonna hang these young boys by theirs toes here tonight" Albert said, referring to Rory Gallagher and Louisiana Red prior to "I'm Gonna Call You As Soon As The Sun Goes Down", great line, great record, BUT ...
First off, this is not the greatest quality rip of this rare live double record set released by RCA/Utopia in 1977.
It appears to have been re-released for a short period as "Blues From The Road". Recorded live at the Montreaux Festival, Montreaux, Switzerland in, (I believe), 1975.
Personnel: Albert King (vocals, guitar); Lowell Fulson (vocals); Louisiana Red, Rory Gallagher (guitar); Nate Fitzgerald, Steve Wilson, Wayne Preston (horns); James Washington (keyboards); Lonnie Turner (bass); Joe Turner (drums).
LP RIP Warranty:
1) It's guaranteed to reproduce as accurately as possible the clicks, static and all other ambience qualities of the source record (mine).
2) It's as it is.
3) I like the tunes, you may.
4) Artwork included.
