This is a conversion to PAL using AVISynth to create a smooth transition to 25fps. The native mpeg-2 resolution is 704x576 but your player will stretch the image to an effective size of about 1024x576 (16:9). I encoded it using a variable bitrate, average of about 2000kbps peaking at kbps.

This file can be written easily onto a DVD+RW or DVD-RW using any popular package.
