Scott is best known for getting bodybuilders into contest shape, so when someone recommended these I was a bit dubious as I've got a few like that & they're pretty much the same.
This however is very different. Here's Scott is combining functional training with traditional training in a kind of bastardised hybrid, combining a circuit training-like element that I've not seen done exactly the same way before.
I'd say it would be a good choice for those wishing to keep their functional strength up, but add muscle mass, whatever your sport.
I wouldn't write this off just because it's done by Scott Abel as it's not at all what you'd expect from a bodybuilder!
