Release Notes:

Well we tried to remain silent on this issue but it seems paradox wont let it go.
We have not nor will we ever steal cracks from anyone. Now let me get into
specifics. We cracked Studio MX 2004 the same way as pdx yes, we have both
agreed on that point.. All groups involved, TDA/AGAiN/PDX/PNT all have agreed
the crack is not the same. We have compared the code for our crack and for
paradox crack and they are not same.. however we did emulate the dll for the
crack like paradox did. The problem is that paradox thinks they invented
emulating dlls and so what their argument is, is that we stole their IDEA for
emulating dlls and thus their crack.

Now as anyone respectable cracker knows emulating dlls has been around since 1999
So how exactly is it paradox's idea? Its not. There are 2 main ways to crack
Studio MX one is around the SafeDisk and the other is to unwrap the SafeDisk.
Both TDA and PDX chose to go around the SafeDisk for one reason: Because we
didnt want to take longer and chance getting beat.

What it comes down too is this:

1) The Cracks Are Different Code
2) We proved that to Paradox AND Pantheon
3) They Agreed It Was Not The Same As Their Crack
4) Paradox Thinks They Invented Emulating Dlls And So Our Release
Should Be Nuked Because We Stole Their Idea.

Now honestly how anyone can end up with the fact our crack is stolen leaves me
dumbfounded. I thought we had this issue resolved yesterday when
both groups sat down and talked this over for over 1 hour. But it seems that
our release continues to be nuked on sites, so I am left with no other choice
but to tell the truth.

Summary: The crack is the same idea, not the same crack. An idea that has been
around for 3+ years. So nuking based on a stolen idea is completely wrong.
The crack is not stolen, and the idea wasnt paradox's to steal in the first
place, so if our release is a nuke then you will need to check your archives
and nuke every single release from any group in which they emulated a dll..
since well.. its paradox's idea and they stole it also :)
