I include with every PSX game the emulator I use PSXfin All that is required is to extract the files.
Run the MAIN executable, pSXfin.exe... load up your playstation disk or disk image and play. There is a psxfin.txt document
in the pSXfin PS1 Emulator directory it explains every detail of the emulator before saying it don't work read that file.
