Testa Rosa is a Milwaukee based trio featuring Betty Blexrud-Strigens, Damian Strigens & Paul Hancock
(Strigens has performed with many bands over the years, most notably, The Lovelies and The Frogs).
Testa Rosa has just released a 10 song debut disc that has been gaining a ton of praise. Beautifully arranged
vocal harmonies over infectious, orchestral pop arrangements that remain in your head. Their live show is
augmented by the dynamic drumming of Jay Tiller (Couch Flambeau).

The songs on Testa Rosa’s debut CD are amazingly accomplished pop
tunes, with catchy melodies and dynamic arrangements. It’s hard not
to enthuse about a record that might be the best locally-issued disc in
recent memory.
