Weng Weng, as Agent 00, took the world by storm and captured the hearts of millions of viewers when For Your Height Only hit theaters in 1979. Sure, the actor was only three apples high but what he lacked in height, he more than made up for in charm, charisma, and dare I say it, sex appeal.
Proving that you cannot get too much of a good thing, Weng Weng and director Eddie Nicart got together again three years later to give Agent 00 another round with the fantastic follow up film, The Impossible Kid (also known as 007 1/2: Nothing Is Impossible and The Impossible Kung Fu Kid).
Weng Weng is now working for the Manila branch of Interpol. The Chief sends him in the pursuit of Mr X, an arch villian with a white sock on his head, who is holding the Philippines to ransom. Two businessmen, Maolo and Simeon, pay the demands but Weng Weng suspects foul play and goes deep undercover to reveal the identity of Mr X. Written by Andrew Leavold
