got tired of the paid program so a wrote this batch file. it uses ffmpeg to create videos to psp format for viewing. i take the train into work and its nice to be able to watch some flicks with four hours a day in travel commute time.
the start.cmd file poles information from you and then it calls an additional batch ffmpeg\video.cmd to start the converting. feel free to read through and i think i explained most of it in areas not called by the batch (ie ::).
the video files should be housed with the start.cmd file and ffmpeg directory or vice versa. It will ask the screen size either 4:3 or 16:9 then move to a delay issue i have found. dvr-ms files i record from my medica center pc have a one second delay when converted to i prompt to compinsate. if your doing movie .vob etc you shouldn't need it. it should then prompt which movie you want to convert via a list. select as many as you want and let her rip.
