Plot: During the Soccer World Championship, a TV technician is struck by a lighting and somehow gets transported to the inside of the TV. He appears all day long on TV, and becomes a nuisance for the general public, who wants to see the matches.

Sinopse: Dois técnicos de tv fazem a manutenção dos equipamentos de transmissão de uma rede quando um raio atinge um deles, João Willian. Sem motivo aparente, ele passa a aparecer o dia inteiro, em todos os canais, no lugar da programação normal, evitando inclusive que o país assista a copa do mundo. O fenomeno passa a ser chamado efeito ilha.
