I still had the CD, DVD, and booklet of Linkin Park: Live in Texas lying around my house in nice, clean, unscratched condition, so I decided to rip everything losslessly and scan the booklet in 600dpi to PNG. :)
I ripped the DVD to an ISO on to my hard drive using AnyDVD and the latest version of Alcohol 120%.
The original DVD is a DVD5!! (Single-layer) The rip, therefore, is also a DVD5, and is 4.12gb large.
I ripped the CD to Wav using EAC, Flac\'d them at Level 8 (with the latest version of Flac, yes), and made playlists in .m3u and .xspf formats and made the .cue. I had to make the .xspf and the .cue manually but I triple-checked absolutely everything and got the duration for each track with EAC and filled out everything perfectly. I also included the .log file of EAC in there as well.
In addition, I also included the original CD autorun contents which you can find in ./CD/CD Contents.
I scanned all the pages of the booklet and the CD and the DVD at 600dpi with my scanner. However, like I stated in the readme, the one thing I was missing was the cover of the casing. So I Googled around a bit for a scan of the Live in Texas cover in jpg format (but still at a very high resolution!). So I opened it up in my graphics editor and sharpened and clarified it up and removed the JPG artifacts to the best extent as I could to get it to have the overall nicest end result, and the result looks 100% as good quality as the other PNG images I scanned (just not in 600dpi, but it\'s close!).
I put a LOT of effort into the readme and the entire thing. Hope you all enjoy it!
