You could just use nandub to do it yourself as well.

the command is nandub.exe /spanda.vcf /

where spanda.vcf is a text file with the lines

VirtualDub.audio.SetMode(0);
VirtualDub.video.SetMode(0);

I suggest you download nandub from the authors site and do this manually rather than downloading this torrent to be absolutely safe.

OR you could just use VLC which will let you enter a delay for the audio.
