Reflection about the action of Squadre of Death and bastard police chief Fleury, boss of DOPS, in São Paulo.
Filmed clandestinely, this documentary never was shown, because this could result in risk of life to all cast e team production. In the time of filming, all the negatives went transfered to Cuba. Since 2006, the director show this documentary, without noise, in universities and meeting of human rights.
With a still actual narrative, this documentary make use of several materials in it's construction - newspapers and magazines cuttings, several images capted diretly from television, transcription of testimonies of people that were tortured and fragments of plays, like "The Resistible Ascent of Arturo Ui" (Bertold Brecht) and "The Interrogation" (Peter Weiss).
