Notes:2a.Open up the Control panel in the settings of you computer.Then open the network connections menu.



At the top bar, under the advanced tap open up the advanced settings menu then move the hamachi protocal above your main ip.



Then restart your computer.

After reading the "Gaming over Hamachi" doc, and setting up your connection to work with hamachi.

You may have to disable the windows firewall"for hamachi" and in some cases you may not be able to use a router to play the game.
Disable windows firewall "At your own risk".

Copy the Fixed exe to the programs folder of cod4.

When your ready to play start multiplayer mode, and make a dedicated LAN server to check if your hamachi IP is being used.
If you see your main ip or router ip instead of the hamachi IP then your settings are wrong.
