Conan (often referred to as Conan the Cimmerian, from the name of his homeland, Cimmeria) is a fictional character created by Robert E. Howard in the 1930s. Howard's Conan appeared as short stories in Weird Tales magazine, a renowned publication of the era. Conan has appeared in comics nearly non-stop since 1970. The comics are arguably, apart from the books, the vehicle that has had the greatest influence on the public mind concerning the character, a loner barbarian who travel all across the Hyborian lands of Conan.

Having dethroned the late King Numedides III and claimed his crown to rest on a troubled brow, Conan of Cimmeria now sits upon the throne of Aquilonia. His tales are known as legend and fable all over Hyboria. Except in the darkest reaches of the Black Kingdoms or the savage tribes of the Pictish Wilderness, there is not a soul who has not at least heard of the life of Conan, and there is not an adventurer whose life does not mirror his own in some way. This torrent contains all 55 issues of this series, the first 19 issues were titled King Conan, issues 20-55 were titled Conan the King.
